Imagine having all the parts..the know how...and end up with a concourse winner.....it really does not get any better than this video and man.

im literaly doing an identical project, but i have run into major money issues, every thing is figured out and ready to start fabing it up, just money is an issue. tho my design uses an EUC motor due to how slim they are (80-70mm wide) so they are PERFECT to run on standard bicycles with a narrow 68mm BB. besides money the other issue (that i have many solution for but all are pricey) is mounting a sprocket to the motor side plate :p but yeah my design pretty much is a fit in every bike solution as long as the triangle is large enough, but even then if its not, cut out the bottom tube and a slap in two new bottom tubes and have the motor sit between them. as for the how to connect the motor chain to the rear wheel? this is the neat part, trails cranks, slap on a freewheel that can mount 2 104bcd sprockets, and you dont need any tensioners for the motor chain, and when using a full suspension BMX, or a slopestyle bike you dont even need a rear tensioner for the chain either since those bikes pivot exactly around the cranks chainrings. so my current project pretty much is a full suspension steel bmx bike. hub to mid conversion as said above (with the motor being able to push 8kw peak at around 400nm torque at the gearing id wanna set) single speed ofc (i thought about belt but chain is just nicer but only bmx chain is strong enough, but is more effient than moto chain :D ) with a easy swapable 72-140v ish batery around 50ah to keep the amps down thus having more eficiency and bigger throtle curve electronics wise. and since this is a OP build, the rear suspension will be ultra stiff with a lockout. the front suspension will literaly be double deck DH fork the inverted kind with a boost hub setup of 20x110mm (working on a front peg mount mechanism there too) the rear on 14x110 (might go rear 20x110mm too if i can find a strong enough hub) with stunt pegs that can take the weight of a full pasanger. front 250mm surron disc brakes x2 due to a special hub with quad piston calipers rear 250mm single with quad piston. and other gimmicks etc. guess the main dif in my build is its more of an ultra strong endurance beast in a small formfactor. and retrofitting as much existing parts as possible to keep the price and complexity down. and ngl kinda like how you made that hub to mid conversion, a french dude i know is building a very sumilar design but he replaced the motors core where the axle is with a custom machined one and custom sideplates too :) wish i had a workshop like you then my project would probs be cheaper to create and easier

A brass spacer would of been way cooler instead of the delrin

Just curious, where does one get pistons, rings and rods for Sprints. Also, why the shorter rod? It causes more side thrust from the piston to the cylinder walls but I guess has some benefits as well. I'm just not sure of what they are.

Great job, we really enjoyed watching you work almost as much as you enjoyed building the rig. Of course those who do not have the industrial machine tools in their garage and relevant skills may as well go and order the Chinese stand bad as this may be.

The odyssey bmx mono lever uses brass bushings instead of the plastic ones and makes for a nicer feeling lever

Very late with my 2 cents but I think stance us how the bike stands at rest.

Impressive. That would make a great seatpost for either of my Moulton AM7s and a stretch version would be good for a Schwinn Runabout which I no longer have. I didn't know that a RapidTap could be used like that so Thanks for that gem. Also, what the hell with the price of bronze? You'd think Copper, Brass AND Gold!
